This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

It is submitted that as directed by this Court, the order of the learned Additional Sessions Judge was modified and direction was issued to release the vehicle, subject to certain conditions, which the petitioner claims to have complied with. It is his grievance that despite compliance of the conditions, the vehicle has not been released as yet. The petitioner is granted liberty to pray before the concerned court to act upon the order passed by this Court as well as the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge. If such an application is filed the same shall be considered and disposed of within a week. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
