Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.210 of 2022 arising out of Pipili P.S. Case No.126 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili for commission of offence punishable under Sections 323, 307, 325, 379, 506, 34 of I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegations and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the nature of injuries, this Court directs that on surrendering

within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin to fix the terms. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
