I.A. No. 5047 of 2022 & W.P.(C) No. 9736 of 2020 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A. has been filed by the State-Opposite Parties stating inter alia that since L-1 bidder has backed out from the bid, they wants to cancel the tender and go for a fresh tender. 3.

In view of the above position, this Court is of the view that once the authorities are seeking to go for a fresh tender, there is no necessity to consider the present Writ Petition. More so, the Technical Bid of the Petitioner has also been rejected. 4.
