This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1746 of 2019 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No.102 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 294/323/506/313/379/406/34 of I.P.C.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that they are the in-laws and charge sheet has already been filed. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks

hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
