1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Order No.
present writ petition with liberty to approach the Tahasildar in question for demarcation of his land. If such, an application is filed not later than 19th September, 2022. The Tahasildar will proceed in accordance with law and complete the demarcation exercise within two months thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits. No other relief is sought for at the stage.
2. The writ petition is disposed of.
