This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.282 of 2022 arising out of Basudevpur P.S. Case No.131 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 452/294/323/325/307/354/506/34 of IPC.

Taking note of the fact that the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are ladies and the nature of the injuries as submitted by the learned counsel for the State, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the terms.

The ABLAPL application relating to Petitioner No.3 is disposed of as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
