Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter between the Petitioner and the Informant has been amicably settled out of the court. He further submits that, to that effect, a joint affidavit has also been filed in CRLMC No.1828 of 2022. 4.

List this matter along with CRLMC No.1828 of 2022 on 29th July, 2022, as requested by learned counsel for the Petitioner. 5.

Since the interim order of protection dated 17.05.2022 is still in force till 20th July, 2022, it is extended for a further period of four weeks from today.
