This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.475 of 2022 arising out of Jenapur P.S. Case No.71 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/324/294/448/354/323 & 34 of IPC.

Taking into account the specific overt act ascribed to Petitioner Nos.2 to 4, the ABLAPL in respect of Petitioner Nos.2, 3 and 4 stand rejected.

Taking note of the allegations and on perusal of the statements of witnesses, this Court directs that on surrendering
within three weeks hence, the Petitioner Nos.1, 5 to 8 shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin to fix the term. 6.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
