This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. J. P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate has received the instruction in writing from the concerned police station. It transpires therefrom that the victim girl, the daughter of the Petitioner, has been rescued by the police on 08.07.2022. Her statement under Sections 161 and 164 of the Cr.P.C. have been recorded and thereafter, the custody has been restored to her mother after completing all formalities. 3.

Mr. T.K. Kamila, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has confirmed the veracity of the said statement. 4.

In view of the development, as noted above, this proceeding has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
