1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners is present.
2. In the midst of submission, learned counsel got instruction in the matter that subsequent to the release of bail, on presentation of the present petition an interim order was passed. However, in the meanwhile, learned J.M.F.C., Bisamcuttack has been pleased to pass an order issuing NBW as stated by learned counsel for the Petitioners in connection with Ambdola P.S. Case No.70 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. Case No.207 of 2015.
3. If that be so, both the Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court below within two weeks hence and in such event, learned court below shall do well in admitting the Petitioners to bail as they were on such terms and conditions as deemed fit by the learned court below and to proceed with the trial.

4. Having regard to the fact that the matter relates to the year 2015, the learned trail court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of six months, if there is no other legal impediment.
5. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
