The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 774 of 2022 pending in the court of learned JMFC(R), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 294/506/323/354/34 of the IPC.

Perused the written complaint.

Taking into account the tenor of the allegations made, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.
