The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Kabisuryanagar P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 79 of 2022 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Kabisuryanagar, Dist. Ganjam for commission of offence punishable under Sections 467/468/471/429 of the IPC. 4.

Taking into account that the petitioner is a lady and nature of allegations more or less to be substantiated on the basis of documents, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on

// 2 // bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
