Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.S.Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 corresponding to VGR Case No. 5 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Dhenkanal for commission of offence punishable under Sections 13(2), 13(1)(b)/12 of the PC Act.

On instruction Mr. Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department submits that the allegations of the petitioner being called repeatedly are not correct and the petitioner has also not been named as an accused. 5.

Considering the nature of allegations and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the Vigilance Department, this Court feels that at this stage, there is no apprehension of arrest.

Hence, this ABLAPL is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again in the event there is any fresh cause of action.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
