This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials placed on record; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances including the certificate of marriage as annexed to the application; it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.61 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.212 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Soro within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that that he will not indulge himself in any criminal activity; will not threaten or terrorise the prosecution witnesses in any manner; will appear before the IIC, Khaira P.S. every alternate Monday for a period of next three months.
