Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Gaisilat P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 300 of 2022 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Padampur for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/506/34 of the IPC. 4.

Taking into account that the nature of allegations and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.
