1. For the reasons stated therein, the application is allowed. The order dated 11th July, 2022 passed in the present writ petition is recalled. Consequently, the said writ petition is restored to the file.

2. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal in accordance with law.

4. The statutory appeal if filed not later than 1st December, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the delay on account of pendency of the present petition, which will be considered by the Appellate Authority in accordance with law.

5. Annexure-1 be returned to the Petitioner subject to substituting an authenticated photocopy thereof.
