The petitioner, by means of this writ petition challenges the order dated 20.04.2016, passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 3630 (C) of 2015. 4.

As it appears, the petitioner had approached the tribunal challenging the order of transfer. However pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court dated 26.09.2016, the petitioner has already joined in the new place of posting.

So far as the claim of the petitioner regarding additional pay under the Rule 96 of the Orissa Service Code is concerned, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy afresh in accordance with law. 6.
