Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.S.Rizvi, learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. 3.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No. 15 of 2022 corresponding to VGR Case No. 5 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Dhenkanal for commission of offence punishable under Sections 13(2), 13(1)(b)/12 of the PC Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegations which are prima facie based on documents and that the petitioner is a

// 2 // lady, this Court directs that in the event of arrest, she shall be released on bail. It is needless to state here that the petitioner shall extend all cooperation as and when required by the Investigating Agency.

It shall be open to the Investigating Agency to approach this Court in the event because of non-cooperation of the petitioner progress of investigation is afflicted. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
