1. This application has been filed by the Petitioner/Appellant for correction/modification of the order dated 17th November, 2022 passed in WA Nos. 186 and 187 of 2018.

Mr.

Sudarshan Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant submits that the words inadvertently typed out as "UGC 2010 Rules as applicable to Odisha" in the 8th line of para14 of the said order dated 17th November, 2022 may be corrected as "Orissa Revised Scales of Pay for University Teachers (UGC scale of pay) Rules, 2010". Further, it is submitted that the words inadvertently typed out as "Orissa Rules of 2010" appearing in the 8th line of para-15 of the said order may also be corrected as "UGC Regulations, 2010". Accordingly, a prayer is made that necessary

corrections may be carried out in the said order and the corrected order may be uploaded once again.

3. Considering the submissions made, the prayer for correction of the order dated 17th November, 2022 is allowed.

4. Necessary corrections as above be carried out in the order dated 17th November, 2022. Similarly, the serial number of the said order as pointed out by the office be also corrected as '10' in place of '02'. The order dated 17th November, 2022 is corrected to the above extent only.
