Recording the statement made by Mr. Parida, learned counsel for Petitioners that the matter has already reached up to the evidence level at the instance of the defendants, this Court directs, in the event pleadings in C.S. No.1476 of 2015 are already completed, all attempt shall be made by the learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Bhubaneswar to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.1476 of 2015 at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. Petitioners are prohibited from taking any unnecessary adjournment in the Court below and are also prohibited from filing any unnecessary I.As therein. 2.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
