1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate authority in accordance with law.
2. If such an appeal is filed not later than 16th August, 2022 along with an application for condonation of delay, explaining the delay on account of pendency of the present petition, it will be considered by the appellate authority in accordance with law. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. If the appeal is accompanied by an application for interim relief and is filed within the time stipulated, the interim order passed by this Court dated 29th May, 2012 will continue till such time the appellate authority passes an order on such application.
3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
