1. The prayers in the present petition are all in the realm of the contract between the parties concerning the enforcement of the Bank Guarantee.
2. The remedy for the Petitioner perhaps lies in a civil suit and not by way of the present writ petition since it is bound to involve disputed questions of fact, which cannot be possibly adjudicated in this petition.
