Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Khandapada P.S. Case No. 108 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 104 of 2020 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Khandapada for commission of offence punishable under Sections 147/ 148/ 294/ 341/ 323/ 325/ 376/ 354-B/ 379/ 427/506/307/149 of the IPC.

Taking into account the injury reports which are on record and release of the co-accused by this Court by order dated 11.03.2022 in ABLAPL No. 4772 of 2020, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and
// 2 // moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
