Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to settle a suitable alternate patch of land for the purpose of quarrying operation. 5.

Since the tenure of the lease for the period from 01.04.2012 to 31.03.2013 has already been over, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.
