The petitioner are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Gondia P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 161 of 2022 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Gondia for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/325/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account that the nature of allegations and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail by

// 2 // the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
