This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.3 to settle the tender in its favour and issue work order in its favour and opposite party no.2 to dispose of the representation dated 08.12.2021 of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 within the stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.2-Director of Textiles, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-5 of the brief, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three

months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
