The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 30th June, 2021 (Annexure-5 and 6) passed by the SubDivisional Magistrate, Pallahara in Mutation Appeal Case No.8-2 of 2021.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
