Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Barkot P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 corresponding to C.T.. Case No. 236 of 2022 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Deogarh for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks

// 2 // hence, the petitioners shall be released on bail by the court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 5.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
