Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Manumunda P.S. Case No. 57 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 86 of 2022 pending in the court of learned JMFC, Kantamal for commission of offence punishable under Section 394of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegations made and noting the submission of the learned counsel for the State that the injuries are simple in nature, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioners shall be

// 2 // released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. 6.

While enlarging the petitioners on bail, the learned court below is called upon to verify if the petitioners have no criminal proclivity. In the event it is found the petitioners have antecedents, the present order grating bail will stand recalled automatically without any further reference to this Court 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
