This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. M. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned counsel for the State. 3.

It is alleged by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, he is likely to be forwarded in a non-bailable offence. Though, in the F.I.R, the offence alleged is a bailable one. 4.

This Court prima facie does not find any force in such submission. Since, it is stated at the Bar that, in the meanwhile the accused and the victim has entered matrimony.

The present ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh, in the event, there is any apprehension of arrest. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
