Heard Mr. M. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned counsel for the State. 3.
This is an application under Section-438 Cr.P.C. for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is stated to be the brother-in-law of the informant. He is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Cuttack Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 330 of 2022 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections498(a)/ 323/294/506/34 of the I.P.C,

Perused the Written Complaint.

Taking into account, that the petitioner is the brother- inlaw of the informant and the tenor of the allegations made, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 7.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
