This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ Order No.

physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Nuagaon P.S. Case No.42 of 2019 corresponding to T.R. Case No.39 of 2020 arising out of Special G.R. Case No.104 of 2019 on the file of learned Special Judge POCSO-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge, Nayagarh running for the alleged commission of offence under section-363/294/306/507/376(3) of the IPC, has filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
