This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in connection with Rairangpur P.S. Case No.29 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.211 of 2022 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Rairangpur running for the alleged commission of offence under section-447/427/ 435/436/354/506/34 of the IPC, have filed this application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. for their grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel appearing for the Informant.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I am not inclined to entertain this application.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
