Heard Mr.N. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned ASC for Opposite Party - State. 2.
The certified copies of F.I.R. and injury report filed by Mr. Panda are kept on record.

The prayer of the Petitioner is to quash the F.I.R. with the submission that the informant-injured did not receive any injury as per the allegations made.

Upon hearing Mr. Das, learned ASC and perusal of copy of injury report reveals that the informant-injured, namely Prabhat Jenamani has sustained one cut injury on the right side head (frontal lobe) which is grievous in nature.

As such, the submissions made by the Petitioner being found incorrect on the face of record, the CRLMC is dismissed. ( B.P. Routray) Judge M.K.Panda
