This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This is the second journey of this petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Patkura P.S. Case No.243 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1487 of 2018 at present converted to S.T. Case No.150/2019 pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kendrapara for offence punishable under sections 302/307/325, I.P.C. in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C. for his release on bail.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the record being perused, it is seen that the prayer for bail of this Petitioner was last rejected by the Trial Court on 04.03.2021. In view of the lapse of more than one year by now with such other developments having taken place, this application stands disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer before the Trial Court citing all such developments which have taken place in the meantime for their consideration in proper prospective and disposal in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly dismissed.
