Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite party no.3 to allow her to register her name with fine for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture of 3rd Semester and to sit in the examination i.e. 3rd Semester of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture. She further seeks direction to the opposite party no.3 to allow her to appear in the remaining midterm examination conducted by the college for 3rd Semester with regular classes of 2nd year B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representations before the opposite party no.3-Dean & Principal, College of Agriculture, OUAT, BBSR vide Annexure-4 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of taking into consideration Annexure-6 within a stipulated time.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition

directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representations filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-4 series taking into consideration Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
