This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Belghar P.S. Case No.0026 of 2019 Corresponding to C.T. Case No.472 of 2019 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M, Baliguda, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further conditions that he will cooperate with the
// 2 // investigation as and when required for the purpose and will not tamper the evidence. The Petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 18th May, 2022 in between 10.00 am to 2.00 pm and on such other date/s as asked for in order to cooperate with the investigation.
Violation of any of the above condition(s) shall entail cancellation of bail.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
