This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of order dated 7.4.2022.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in 3rd and 5th line of Paragraph-4 of order dated 07.04.2022, "O.A. No.1506 of 2019 (Rabindranath Sahu v. State of Odisha & Others)" has been wrongly mentioned in the above order instead of "O.A. No.2105 of 2017 (Padarbinda Mishra vs. State of Odisha & Others)". Further , in Paragraphs-4 & 5, 'Annexure-3' has been wrongly mentioned instead of 'Annexure-5'. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to modify the said order.

Considering the submissions made, the modification sought for by the Petitioner is allowed. Necessary correction be carried out
