1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that since there is a civil suit already pending between the parties regarding the same cause of action, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the remedies in the pending proceedings.

2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Further, it will be open to the parties to approach the concerned civil court for expeditious disposal of the pending civil suit.
