This writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the very penalty as assessed under Annexure-2. 4.

It is stated that final assessment order has been passed. 5.

Giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appellate authority within fifteen days hence, this writ petition stands disposed of.

However, till the appeal is filed or expiry of the period of fifteen days, whichever is earlier, no disconnection of power supply shall be made from the premises of the Petitioner. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
