This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application issue Rule NISI in the nature of writ of mandamus calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the decision made by the Opp. Party No.2 dt. 08.12.2011 with regards to application of its reconstitution policy to Reconstitution o f M/s.RKBK Ltd. be not provided to the Petitioner; And if the Opp. Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the said rule be made absolute and the decision made by the Opp. Party No.2 dt. 08.12.2011 with regards to application of its reconstitution policy to Reconstitution of M/s. RKBK Ltd. be provided to the Petitioner;

And further be pleased to pass in any other order(s)/direction(s)/writ(s) as deem fit and proper; And for this act of kindness the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Sahani, learned counsel for the Petitioner by filing a memo prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
