Having regard to the fact that the grounds raised before this Court in the present petition can also be raised and considered by the Court below at the appropriate stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. It is however open to the petitioner to raise all such grounds as are available to him in law before the Court below by filing appropriate application at the appropriate stage.

CRLMC is disposed of accordingly.
