This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of Civil Proceeding No.270 of 2019 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section-9 of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar.

Ms. D.Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be withdrawn as in the meanwhile C.P. No.270 of 2019 has been disposed of by the learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela. To that effect, she has filed a memo in Court today. The same be kept on record. 4.

Considering the submission made and in view of the memo filed, the TRP (C) is dismissed.
