This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for early disposal of Civil Proceeding No.90 of 2019 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapada.

On perusal of the order sheet in C.P. No.90 of 2019, it appears that the matter was posted to 13th April, 2022 for further conciliation vide order dated 21st March, 2022. 4.

In view of the above, it will not be proper on the part of this Court to consider the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
