1. For the reasons stated therein, the delay in filing the present writ appeal is hereby condoned.

2. The application for condonation of delay is allowed. W.A. No.160 of 2019

3. The Respondent No.7 was already 59 years old when the writ petition was filed in 2019. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant admits that he will no longer be in service.

4. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge at this stage. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
