1. From the counter affidavit filed by the learned counsel for Opposite Party No.4, it appears that the vehicle in question was sold way back in 2011 itself.

2. Consequently, the Court is not inclined to keep the present petition pending. It is open to the Petitioner to seek other appropriate remedies as may be available in accordance with law. The Petitioner can also seek from Opposite Party No.4 details of the sale of the vehicle.

3. The writ petition is disposed of.
