1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioners seek a direction from this Court to the State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the G.I.A. Case No.101 of 2019 filed by them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the pleadings have already been completed since long, the Tribunal has not yet decided the matter. Therefore, the petitioners pray for a direction to the Tribunal for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid G.I.A. Case.

5. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, the State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the G.I.A. Case No.101 of 2019 filed by the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this

// 2 // order along with a copy of this writ petition, if there is no other legal impediment.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
