The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the notice dated 16th July, 2012 (Annexure-1) and consequential order, if any, passed by the Authorities under the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) directing the Petitioner to vacate the Government Family Quarters No.129/A-SPL, Type-II situated at Group Centre, Central Reserve Police Force Campus, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

It appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

The interim order dated 1st August, 2012 passed in Misc. Case No.12095 of 2012 stands vacated.
