The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 11.04.2012 passed in O.A. No.694(C) of 2011 and batch, by which by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack relying upon the judgments of the apex Court in the case of Shyam Babu Varma Vrs. Union of India: 1994 (2) SCC 521 and S.A. Quadir Vrs. State of Bihar: 2009 (1) Supreme 163, modified the letters No. 4507 dated 27.03.2010, 9548/WR dated 03.04.2010 and 9549/WR dated 03.04.2010 so far as the same relates to recovery excess amount drawn, and quashed the office order no.6(W/C) dated 17.07.2010. 4.

In the above view of the matter, this Court does not find any error in the order impugned dated 11.04.2012 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.694(C) of 2011 and batch so as to cause interference with the same. Accordingly, the writ petition merits no consideration and the same is hereby dismissed.
