This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. Md. Riaz, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-3 Series before the Block Development Officer, Khurda, (Opposite Party No.4) for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending.

Taking into account the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner's representation stated to have been submitted to the Block Development Officer, Khurda, (Opposite Party No.4), by Registered Post shall be disposed of within a period of one month from the date of

receipt/production of the certified copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures to the Block Development Officer, Khurda, (Opposite Party No.4) along with a certified copy of this order for convenience.

6.

With such direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
